Introducing the third generation Maxxis High Road – Our flagship all-purpose road tyre.

Aiming to be the ultimate road tyre, the redesigned High Road improves in important areas on its award-winning predecessor. The Tube-Type version offers enhanced puncture protection and reduced rolling resistance. Thanks to its single-ply overlap carcass design, you’ll notice a smoother ride, especially going for for those centuries.

Tubeless Ready tyres feature improved puncture protection, lower rolling resistance, and reduced weight, compared to the previous edition. This is achieved through Maxxis’ advanced Turn-Up construction and refreshed HYPR compound. No matter the situation, tube or tubeless, you can count on the new High Road to get you there (fast).

HYPR Compound

HYPR is a full-silica compound and our best-performing compound to date. Compared to our previous road racing compound, HYPR has 16% less rolling resistance with 23% better grip in wet conditions. Impressively, HYPR decreases rolling resistance and increases traction, all while keeping durability equal to our previous rubber compounds.

K2

Available in select tires, this Maxxis-exclusive fabric provides greater puncture protection than aramid. The addition of this lightweight and supple material ensures that ride quality and performance remain unsurpassed.
