  Returning an item for refund or exchange                                                                                      Top ^

  • You must advise TBSM of the return via email within 30 days of purchase.
  • The goods must be returned to TBSM within 7 days of completion of the Return Authorization Request which can be filled out below.
  • You must fill out the Return Authorization Request bellow, entering in all of your details before sending the good/s back.
  • Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged.
  • Goods must be packaged for return postage with appropriate protection and covered by some sort of protective wrap. If an item is sent back with postage labels or adhesive tape on the outside of the box the request for return will be refused.
  • A Photocopy of the original receipt must be included with the returned good/s.
  • In the case of an incorrect choice (such as wrong size ordered or wrong colour ordered) the customer is responsible for paying for the postage of the returned good/s back to TBSM and, if a replacement product/s is sellected, the customer must pay the postage costs back to his/her address. If the good/s are returned for a refund then a 5% restocking/admin fee applies which helps to cover credit card fees and admin fees. This 5% fee still applies to orders which have been paid for but cancelled before the goods are dispatched from TBSM. Goods exchanged for a different size/colour/model or any order refunded for store credit does not occur the 5% restocking/admin fee.

  • You must advise TBSM via email as soon as you notice something is wrong with your order.
  • If an incorrect product has been sent to you please keep it in the packaging it came in and in an un-used condition.
  • Submit a Return Authorisation Request including all details of your order from the form below.
  • After completing the Return Authorisation Request form send the good/s back to us via Registered Post and make sure you get a parcel tracking number. We can send out the replacement goods as soon as we receive confirmation that the incorrect goods are on their way back to us in the form of the parcel's tracking number. No returns will be accepted if sent back via COD postage.
