Along with online credit card payments, we also accept Direct Bank Deposits for all online orders. While this is not the most prefered method of payment, we still accept it to make sure no-one is left out. Orders placed via direct deposit will take longer to process by up to 4 working days (depending on which bank you deposit the money from or if it was online or over the counter).

To process your order and pay for it via a direct bank deposit, select “Direct Bank Deposit” on the payment options screen and click “Continue Checkout”. The next page of the order process will ask you to confirm your details (product ordered, postal address etc...) and will also display our Account Number and BSB Number. If you forget to record these at this stage don’t stress, once the order is confirmed you will receive an invoice via email with these details in it.

When making the bank deposit from either your online banking interface or in store at a branch please make sure you include your order number in the “To Account Description” or “Transfer Description”. Doing so will ensure that your payment is found as soon as in enters our account.

If an order has been placed and we have not seen payment within the first 3 business days we will send you an email reminder, followed by another one on the 5th business day stating that your order will be cancelled if no funds have been seen in the first 7 business days of placing the order. On the 7th business day you will receive another email stating that your order has been cancelled and if you still wish to purchase the product/s you will need to submit a new order on the website.
