Many stems claim zero rise but Straitline's Direct Mount 50mm is one of the few on the market that is actually zero rise measured from the crown of the fork rather than the hop of the stem mounting. It's unique design hangs over the front of the top crown to allow for a lower cockpit, aiding to lower COG and increased cornering stability. The stem has been carefully machined to lower weight while adding stiffness and strength.
Stem suits the BoXXer standard direct mounting used on Rockshox Boxxer forks from 2006, Fox 40RC2 forks from 2009 and Bos dual crown forks.
